About the Property

ECDC partnered with the Iowa Lake Community College Construction Technology program to construct this 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom home in the Rockport neighborhood. We worked with the buyers to customize the floor plan to meet their needs and preferences and worked with them through the construction process to pick out all interior and exterior finishes (flooring, cabinets, siding, and more). For this particular project, the buyers chose to enlarge the overall footprint of the house, and they invested in upgrades to the cabinetry and master bathroom. The buyers also planned to finish the basement after purchasing the home, adding several bedrooms and a large family room.
